Back in the 1970’s, the most popular TV show on Saturday nights was The All-Singing, Shit-Flinging Saturday Sensation.
It was a talent show set in a huge barn where singers would perform until the audience decided they’d had enough of them.
At that point, they would fire condoms filled with liquid animal shit at the unfortunate contestant from a rudimentary rocket launcher.
The show gave us stars like Fred Bender, FC Fat Arabs and The Woosnam Knack.
